Refunds are only granted if service has not been fulfilled by www.legalliquorhub.com. The company holds the right to assess the fair value of any incomplete service. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original mode of payment.
If you request a refund before your application is processed—for reasons such as being unable to furnish the required documents, failure to provide OTP, or any other reason where we are ready to proceed but you choose not to continue—a handling charge will be deducted.

As per our refund policy, we are unable to process a refund for this amount, since we have already assisted you in recovering your lost license.
Our support team has carried out the necessary steps, including resetting your username and password, and verifying the license details.
To request a refund, email us at legalliquorhub@gmail.com within 5 days of submitting your online application. A valid reason must be provided. If no valid reason is provided, standard deductions may apply.
Applications that have already been processed cannot be canceled. Once your application has been submitted or approved, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
After receiving government approval, your liquor permit will be sent to the email address or mobile number submitted during the application process.

www.legalliquorhub.com shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen events beyond its control. These may include natural calamities (earthquake, flood, fire), pandemics, legal or regulatory changes, war, terrorism, strikes, or any similar events classified as a Force Majeure.
